Xiaomi makes dirt-cheap gadgets, but its CEO just ruled out cheap EVs

Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun says the company has no plans to launch ultra-cheap EVs below 100,000 yuan, arguing that advanced intelligent vehicle tech makes that price point too hard to hit.
